Secure our Future is the political committee advocating for the renewal of funding that pays Miami-Dade Public School and Charter School teachers competitive salaries and keeps students safe in school by hiring more school police officers. Eight years ago, the voters of Miami-Dade County approved the initial Secure Our Future referendum, and four years ago you voted to renew it with 65% support. If approved this November 3rd, it will guarantee that Miami-Dade County public schools continue to pay competitive salaries for instructional staff at public and charter schools as well as continue hiring school police officers to keep every public and charter school safe for another four years.
